Information you share
The form asks for your name, email, optional organization, type of need, and a description. Its purpose is to respond to your inquiry. Avoid including sensitive data or other people’s information.
Submission and processing
Submission is enabled only when a receiving service is configured. While disabled, the copy option prepares text locally and does not send it.
Language preference
We store a language preference cookie for one year. This version does not include advertising, analytics tools, or third-party trackers.
Before enabling submissions
The site operator must publish the applicable privacy notice, including the controller’s identity and contact, processors, retention, rights, and how to exercise them. This page is a provisional technical explanation, not a final legal notice.
